Who We Are
Danny Baldwin
Founder & CEO
is the founder and key principle of YRU ANGRY. He is chairman of the board. He is a retired Airforce man, and accountant. He is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and an innovator of words.
Danny considers YRU ANGRY a ministry that has turned into a movement. He wants YRU ANGRY to be words expressed and spread across the world with the hope of deterring all violent and aggressive behaviors from not only
youth but all of us.
Darlene Darby Baldwin
Co-Founder & CEO
is co-founder of YRU ANGRY. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from John Carroll University, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Behavioral Analysis from Case Western Reserve University.
She is the administrator of residential facilities located in Cleveland Ohio. Darlene works as a Community Transitions Consultant & Residential Care Compliance Trainer and transitions mental health consumers from hospital stays and prisoners being released back into the community.
She feels blessed to work with Danny Baldwin on this innovative work and believes that lives can be changed to make this world a better place.
Reverend Terrell Reddix
Certified Peer Support Specialist
is pastor of Greater Works C.O.G.I.C, a Certified Peer Support Specialist, and an extraordinary resource in the Greater Cleveland community. This talented team member earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University, and a Master’s Degree in business Administration and Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University.
Terrell is YRU ANGRY’S Director of Marketing and Sales. He brings to the team twenty years of classroom teaching experience which is used to effectively help design our K – 12th grade curriculum.
Linda Darby Edwards
Resident Social Worker
is our resident social worker. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University, and a Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Linda a board member of the Consumer Operated Services (COS) center, Life Exchange Center located in Cleveland Ohio.
She recently retired as a director of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, North Coast Behavior Hospital. Linda will serve YRU ANGRY in the capacity of social worker.
She will work in the schools with those students who have been identified by the school’s behavioral specialist to design a plan to help students manage their anger.
Edward Fields
Entrepreneur
Mr. Fields is a serial entrepreneur and successful businessman from Cleveland, Ohio. He joined N.R.A.G.E. INC because he identified so many ways to give support to its primary program, YRU ANGRY. Having been project director of the Young Men’s Christian Association (Y.M.C.A), and recipient of multiple grants, Ed too has served on many boards, and he sees YRU ANGRY as a paramount program that can bring about much needed discussion and change. Edward, a.k.a., Ed, is a graduate of Central State University where he studied business. He is the owner of several licensed mental health residential facilities, and proudly claims 31 years in recovery from alcohol and drugs.
Dr. Kimberly Bogan, M.D.
Psychiatrist.
Dr. Bogan is licensed to practice psychiatry in the State of Ohio, and she will serve the YRU ANGRY project in the capacity as project consultant. We welcome Dr. Bogan’s knowledge and expertise as we begin this journey of healing our hearts and minds to deter violence.
